Teel Plastics manufactures high quality, close tolerance custom plastic tubing and profiles. Teel Plastics has an extensive portfolio of materials, which can also be blended or coextruded. Tubing sizes range from .015” to 9” O.D. Teel Plastics is ISO9001 certified with class 100,000 clean room capabilities.

Pultrusion

Teel Plastics’ pultruded products have exceptional strength to weight properties along with outstanding thermal properties. Teel Plastics manufactures custom pultruded products including AAMA certified window and door profiles. Other custom profiles include tool handles, automotive parts, broom handles, lawn and garden equipment, building products and much more.

New Product Development

Along the way, Teel Plastics has originated engineering improvements and broken new ground in product development. We were the first to extrude paper-plastic composite materials and pioneered the prototype of multi-layer fuel line tubing. We invented numerous in-line precision cutting techniques and were the first extruder to provide plastic tubing for cattle insemination.
