This is
a critical element of our quality system. We take time,
effort, and great care to clearly understand the customer’s
need and then put plans in place to meet those needs.
This is accomplished by a team effort with input from
manufacturing, engineering, quality, and sales and customer
service personnel. The goal is to meet the customer’s
needs and expectations on the first attempt.

The customer defines the specifications of the products
we manufacture. During the quality planning process,
we choose measurement techniques that will be suitable
to verify those requirements are consistently met in
our manufacturing processes. We prefer to work with
the customer after learning of their needs, then choosing
the most appropriate means to verify those dimensions.
