To achieve customer satisfaction, we do something very simple. We listen. We strive to know our customers and are committed to identifying their needs. Once their needs are defined, we translate these into product specifications. We then assign our engineering resources to assure a manufactured product that meets those specifications. By following these steps, we are able to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.		This process helps Teel anticipate trends and customer demands. Likewise, we’re able to expand our capabilities with confidence, improve our value-added services and continue to offer customers a wide range of tubing in a variety of sizes and materials. One of the ways Teel is able to respond quickly to customer requests is the way our internal teams are structured. For each of our major markets, we have a “team of three” approach. We assign a Business Development Manager, Customer Sales Representative, and an Engineer to the project. With the team approach, we are able to identify specifications, develop samples, and work with you on product qualification in a timely fashion. With an engineering to non-engineering ratio that is higher than the industry average, our goal is to produce and deliver the highest quality product in the most cost-efficient manner possible. Teel’s engineering focus is divided into three areas. The first works directly with our customers to develop custom solutions for their product applications – process control and new product development – precision from start to finish. The focus of the second area is to maintain the efficient and precise process of extruding our customers’ products. The third focuses on the value-added operation that includes chamfering, slotting, laser-quality cutting, printing and more.		Engineering design process Teel Plastics’ engineering staff is dedicated to assisting customers in the development of products that meet even the most challenging expectations. This works best when our engineers interface directly with business development personnel in the early product development stages. Our engineers have a vast range of experience and are responsible for both tooling design and complete process development on line.
