Roundtable Discussion with U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (WI) at Teel Plastics
The Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a roundtable discussion with U.S. Senator Ron Johnson and chamber members at custom plastic tubing manufacturer Teel Plastics in Baraboo, WI. Senator Johnson discussed a number of topics with chamber members including recapturing the spirit of America and he aims to limit government in our lives.
"We also have to fight to keep our fiscal disciplines in check," Johnson said. "We don't need to raise taxes, but we do need to limit our spending as a nation."
Senator Johnson has 31 years of manufacturing experience as owner of PACUR, a producer of plastic sheet for packaging and printing applications in Oshkosh, WI. It is this body of experience and private sector perspective that he now brings to the U.S. Senate.
"Good employees show their worth," he said. "And when those employees show their worth, employers will see that effort and move them up the ladder."
